PW011 - Flame top seal

Our PVC Pinchweld with Soft Flame Top Seal combines flexible edge protection with a 22mm compressible flame-shaped top seal. The pinchweld section grips securely onto panel edges, while the soft top seal compresses against the mating surface to help provide a practical seal and cushion.

This pinchweld rubber seal is suitable for automotive, vehicle, machinery and general fabrication applications where both edge protection and a compressible top seal are required.

Key Features

22mm Soft Flame Top Seal: Features a flexible 22mm flame-shaped seal positioned directly on top of the pinchweld. The soft profile compresses when closed against a mating surface.

1-2.5mm Grip Range: Designed to grip panel and sheet edges approximately 1mm to 2.5mm thick.

Flexible PVC Construction: Flexible PVC allows the pinchweld edge trim to follow curves, corners and irregular panel edges.

Protects Sharp Edges: Covers exposed sheet metal and panel edges to provide a cleaner finish and protection from sharp edges.

Compressible Seal: The soft flame profile provides cushioning and can help reduce gaps, vibration, dust and draughts depending on the application.

UV Stabilised: Suitable for automotive and general applications where exposure to sunlight may occur.

Automotive Use: Ideal for vehicle doors, boots, bonnets, access panels, canopies, caravans, trailers and other automotive sealing applications.

Temperature Range: Suitable for temperatures from approximately -25°C to +70°C.
