and rubber strips suitable for a variety of applications. Available in a range of sizes, thicknesses and lengths, we can help you find the perfect rubber mats, sheets, strips or tiles to suit your requirements.
Natural insertion rubber is a popular choice for general purpose rubber sheeting. It’s affordable, versatile, durable and easy to work with. Natural insertion rubber is made from a natural rubber compound and reinforced with one or more layers of cotton cloth to improve tensile strength and reduce the risk of tearing.
Natural insertion rubber is highly resistant to abrasion and tearing, alkalis and salts and moderately resistant to acids. Common applications for natural insertion rubber sheets include:
- Rubber mats and flooring
- Rubber curtains and wall padding
- Gym mats and flooring
- Outdoor flooring or matting
- Rubber skirting or lining
- Bumpers and protectors
- Sealing strips and gaskets
We supply natural insertion rubber sheets and
rubber strips with one- or two-ply cotton reinforcement, depending on the thickness (between 1.5mm and 9.5mm). Sheeting is sold by the metre with continuous lengths up to 10 metres available.
Neoprene Sheet Rubber
Neoprene sheet rubber is a step up from standard rubber sheeting. It’s an industrial grade solid rubber product that doesn’t contain any reinforcement insertions. It is extremely flexible and offers excellent resistance to flex cracking. It also has good weathering, fire and heat resistance and, unlike natural insertion rubber, can be used to seal oils and petroleum products.
Available in a range of thicknesses from 1.5mm to 6mm, our neoprene sheet rubber can be purchased in a continuous length up to 10 metres and is sold per metre.
